We are working with a leading international construction and fit‑out specialist to appoint an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor for their UK operations. The Role
- Full commercial management of large, technically complex projects
- Cost planning, forecasting, and budget control
- Procurement and management of subcontractor packages
- Contract administration (NEC / JCT experience preferred)
- Valuations, variations, and final account negotiation
- Supporting project teams to maximise commercial performance and minimise risk
- Reporting to senior management on project financial status
