We are working with a leading international construction and fit‑out specialist to appoint an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor for their UK operations. This is a confidential opportunity with a well-established, financially secure, family-owned organisation operating across multiple global markets. The business delivers high-quality interior fit‑out, building envelope, fire protection, and building services solutions on complex projects across commercial, infrastructure, and specialist sectors. The Role
- Full commercial management of large, technically complex projects
- Cost planning, forecasting, and budget control
- Procurement and management of subcontractor packages
- Contract administration (NEC / JCT experience preferred)
- Valuations, variations, and final account negotiation
- Supporting project teams to maximise commercial performance and minimise risk
- Reporting to senior management on project financial status

- Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor within construction or specialist fit‑out
- Strong commercial and contractual knowledge
