- Based in North West London with a current turnover of £100m per annum. Projects include city-focused commercial and residential high-rise frames, as well as complex civils packages on HS2.
- Based in Hertfordshire with a current turnover of £120m per annum. Projects all inside London, focusing on mid to high-rise RC frames for residential development projects.
- Based in East London with £80m turnover. Current projects include a mixture of cut & carve, RC frame and groundwork packages.
- Based in South West London, current turnover above £200m per annum, working on some of the largest structures and groundwork packages in and around London.
About the Opportunities:
Deliver large reinforced concrete frame/structures, basements and associated groundworks packages on projects in and around London (initially secured in South East London, North West London, Central London and North London). Individuals will need a strong understanding of piling, groundworks, basement construction and concrete frame construction, and experience delivering projects with contract values of at least £15m.
Responsibilities:
- Overall management of the site team.
- Technical management of the programme and works.
- Client management and coordination of surrounding aspects including health & safety, temporary works, engineering solutions and site meetings.
Qualifications:
- Degree qualified in civil engineering or construction management.
- 5-10+ years of progressive experience from site engineer to management.
- Strong background in concrete frame construction and experience with rival concrete frame and groundwork subcontractors in the UK. Excludes candidates from main contract or development background.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, standard email functions and Asta Power Project for planning/programming works.
