They are now seeking a confident and experienced Project Manager / Senior Project Manager with consultancy experience, ideally with a background in residential projects. About The Role The successful candidate will: * Take ownership of projects through the full lifecycle, from inception to completion. * Act as Contract Administrator, ensuring smooth delivery and client satisfaction. * Manage projects across multiple sectors, including prestigious new wins. * Demonstrate strong communication and presentation skills when working with clients and stakeholders. Candidate Requirements * Proven consultancy-side Project Management experience. * Experience delivering residential projects. * Strong leadership skills and ability to work independently. * Must live within a 45-minute commute of the office (candidates outside this radius will not be considered).
