About the Company Our client is a boutique project management and consulting practice, specialising in the delivery of complex fit-out and relocation projects for blue-chip clients. They are trusted to deliver high-value, high-impact schemes where attention to detail, stakeholder engagement, and risk management are critical to success. They are now seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to take a leading role in delivering corporate office fit-outs, workplace transformations, and specialist construction projects. About the Role This is a client-facing role where you will oversee projects from feasibility to handover, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key responsibilities include: * Leading the end-to-end delivery of corporate fit-out and specialist projects (typically £1m–£20m+). * Managing stakeholder engagement, including senior leadership teams, landlords, and contractors. * Preparing and maintaining project programmes, budgets, and risk registers. * Coordinating design, procurement, and construction phases with a focus on quality and compliance. * Managing governance, reporting, and sign-off processes to ensure project objectives are met. * Anticipating and mitigating project risks to maintain smooth delivery. * Mentoring junior project managers and contributing to the growth of the consultancy. About the Requirements * Proven experience delivering CAT A / CAT B fit-out or workplace transformation projects. * Strong understanding of landlord-tenant requirements, lease agreements, and commercial real estate considerations. * Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills. * Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, under tight deadlines. * Professional qualification (APM, RICS, Prince2) desirable. * Detail-oriented, proactive, and confident in driving delivery across multidisciplinary teams.
