They are trusted to deliver high-value, high-impact schemes where attention to detail, stakeholder engagement, and risk management are critical to success. They are now seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to take a leading role in delivering corporate office fit-outs, workplace transformations, and specialist construction projects. About the Role This is a client-facing role where you will oversee projects from feasibility to handover, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key responsibilities include: * Leading the end-to-end delivery of corporate fit-out and specialist projects (typically £1m–£20m+). * Managing stakeholder engagement, including senior leadership teams, landlords, and contractors. * Preparing and maintaining project programmes, budgets, and risk registers. * Coordinating design, procurement, and construction phases with a focus on quality and compliance. * Managing governance, reporting, and sign-off processes to ensure project objectives are met. * Anticipating and mitigating project risks to maintain smooth delivery. * Mentoring junior project managers and contributing to the growth of the consultancy.
