About the Role
As Senior Pre-Construction Manager, you will take the lead on projects from initial client brief through to handover to delivery. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing the full pre-construction process, including design development, value engineering, and programming.
- Working closely with clients, consultants, and internal design teams to shape solutions that meet both aesthetic and commercial objectives.
- Overseeing tender processes and subcontractor engagement.
- Preparing and presenting detailed proposals, costs, and project strategies.
- Supporting and mentoring junior pre-construction staff.
This is a client-facing role where you will play a pivotal part in winning work, ensuring proposals are commercially competitive while maintaining exceptional quality.
