About the Company We are seeking an experienced Senior Clerk of Works to join our growing team in Bristol. This is a fantastic opportunity for a professional who takes pride in ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance. About the Role * Monitor construction projects on site to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, building regulations, and industry standards. * Provide clear and detailed site reports, highlighting progress, quality, and any defects. * Act as a vital liaison between contractors, consultants, and clients, maintaining strong professional relationships. * Oversee health and safety practices and promote a culture of safe working. * Support and mentor junior team members where required. About the Requirements * Extensive experience in a Clerk of Works or site inspection role, ideally across housing, commercial, or mixed-use developments. * A keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of building construction and regulations. * Excellent communication and report-writing skills. * Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure. * Membership of ICWCI (or working towards) is desirable.
