A nationally recognised and major UK consultancy is seeking a Senior Chartered Building Surveyor to lead the expansion of their newly established Leeds office, delivering high-quality building consultancy services to existing and new clients.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Leeds Director and team to align services with strategic goals.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Leeds region.
- Network effectively with clients.
- Achieve fee targets in alignment with the Director.
- Support regional income growth.
- Provide high-quality technical services.
- Inspire and mentor team members.
- Prioritise work effectively for quality and well-being.
- Stay informed about commercial property challenges and market trends.

Requirements:
- MRICS
