Quantity Surveyor in Ruislip

The RoleOur client is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to support the commercial delivery of a diverse range of residential and commercial construction projects. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior management and project teams from pre‐construction through to final account.

Key Responsibilities

Preparing cost plans, estimates, and budgets

Managing procurement, subcontractor packages, and valuations

Monitoring project costs and cash flow

Preparing and agreeing interim valuations and final accounts

Managing variations, change control, and commercial risk

Supporting pre‐construction and tender processes

Working collaboratively with clients, consultants, and internal teams

Requirements

Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the construction industry

Strong knowledge of residential and/or commercial projects

Excellent commercial awareness and cost control skills

Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management (preferred)
