Our client is a leading UK-based construction company specialising in reinforced concrete frames and groundwork packages. Turnover over £150 million per annum with project values ranging from £5m to £30m. Their expertise spans a wide range of cut & carve, commercial and residential projects.
About the Role
Due to healthy order books and company expansion, there is a need for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to support the commercial department on projects ranging from £5m–£30m. As the Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for assisting with the management of costs with an end goal of maximising the project profit margin and ensuring delivery of payment whilst developing future client relationships.
Requirements
- Demonstrable skills developed with a civil engineering or RC Frame and groundwork contractor.
- Degree educated within Quantity Surveying.
- 7+ years experience within Quantity Surveying.

- Salary range of £60,000 to £80,000 per annum.
