Leading PLC Housebuilder is seeking a Contracts Manager to oversee a portfolio of 3–4 live residential developments. You will report to the Construction Manager and take full operational responsibility, supporting Project Managers & Site Managers while ensuring programmes, budgets and quality targets are met.
Key duties include:
- Mentoring site teams
- Driving build quality and NHBC compliance
- Monitoring progress
- Coordinating with Commercial, Technical, Sales and Customer Care
