Known for delivering high-quality rainscreen and cladding solutions across complex and sensitive environments, the company works closely with Tier 1 contractors and local authorities across the UK. This role will be crucial in maintaining clear, respectful, and responsive communication between the project team and residents during façade remediation works. Key Responsibilities: * Act as the main point of contact between residents, the site team, and the wider project team. * Arrange and attend resident meetings, providing updates and addressing concerns. * Coordinate resident access, temporary relocations (if required), and project-related notifications. * Distribute newsletters, notices, and other communications to ensure residents are informed at every stage. * Handle complaints and resolve issues in a professional and empathetic manner. * Keep accurate records of communications and issues raised.
