Specialist Cladding & Façade Contractor Salary: Negotiable depending on experience A well-established façade and cladding specialist contractor is seeking a Resident Liaison Officer to join their team on a long-term remediation project in Manchester. Known for delivering high-quality rainscreen and cladding solutions across complex and sensitive environments, the company works closely with Tier 1 contractors and local authorities across the UK. This role will be crucial in maintaining clear, respectful, and responsive communication between the project team and residents during façade remediation works. Key Responsibilities: * Act as the main point of contact between residents, the site team, and the wider project team. * Arrange and attend resident meetings, providing updates and addressing concerns. * Coordinate resident access, temporary relocations (if required), and project-related notifications. * Distribute newsletters, notices, and other communications to ensure residents are informed at every stage. * Handle complaints and resolve issues in a professional and empathetic manner. * Keep accurate records of communications and issues raised. Requirements: * Experience in a Resident Liaison or similar client-facing role within construction or social housing. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a calm and confident approach. * Organised and able to manage multiple communication streams effectively. * Experience on façade/cladding or external refurbishment projects is preferred but not essential.
