ABOUT THE ROLE
Due to increased workload, our client is seeking a commercially aware construction professional, open to Contracts Managers or Quantity Surveyors. Your responsibilities include negotiating and preparing contracts, assisting with tender documentation, placing orders with sub-contractors, attending site meetings, preparing variation schedules, managing valuations and budgets, and ensuring timely ordering of long-lead items. You will also support the contracts manager to meet project deadlines, budgets, and variations.
Requirements:
This role is suitable for candidates with a degree and at least 5 years of experience in quantity surveying or as a contracts manager, with a desire to achieve results and contribute to a progressive organization.
