I am currently working with a specialist façade contractor who is looking to appoint a Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team due to continued growth. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a variety of façade packages, taking commercial responsibility from procurement through to final account.
The Role:
- Managing the commercial aspects of multiple façade projects
- Preparing valuations, variations and final accounts
- Procuring subcontractors and negotiating packages
- Monitoring project costs and reporting on financial performance
- Managing client relationships and commercial meetings
- Supporting the wider project delivery team
What I’m Looking For:
- Previous Quantity Surveying experience within façades, cladding or the building envelope sector
- Strong understanding of commercial processes
- Experience with subcontract procurement and contract administration
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple live projects
