Quantity Surveyor – Dry Lining Contractor (Hybrid working) About the Employer: Based in NW London, Our client is a well-respected specialist sub-contractor, specialising in Dry Lining, SFS, Ceilings, Partitions & Decorating who have built an outstanding industry reputation on delivering first class construction packages predominately in Residential Sector. Established for over 20 years they’ve spearheaded the industry with dynamic approach and have built / maintained strong client relationships with some of the UK’s largest construction firms including Berkeley Homes, Canary Wharf Contractors and Balfour Beatty. They currently have an annual turnover of £20m and our clients’ prime focus is on packages ranging anything from £1m to £10m, working within London and Surrounding Counties. About the Role: We are currently recruiting for Intermediate to senior level Quantity Surveyors who will be reporting into the Commercial Manager. You will be capable of managing a projects with values ranging up to £5million. The projects will be in and around the London area covering Dry lining, Metsec and Suspended Ceiling Packages.
