About the company: With a turnover of 50M + the company are leading name within civil engineering in Hampshire and the South East of England. With 3 regional offices based in South Wales, Hampshire and Kent the company keep on growing and keep on winning large multi-million pound contracts. The contracts that they’ve been involved with in the past have been projects such as North Portsea Island CFERM phase 3, Tipner Lake (£12M) they have also been involved in the Rampion Quayside works (£2.2M) The companies specialist sectors range from airports, buildings, coasts, rivers & ports, defence, energy, waste, water and highs & rail infrastructure projects. About the role Due the company expanding and winning lots of infrastructure projects in Kent they are now looking for a Quantity Surveyor to support the Commercial Manager. The projects that you’ll be involved in will infrastructure, Bridges, heavy earthworks, deep drainage, anchor block installations, pilling and concrete works. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing costs across multiple civil engineering projects, ensuring each is profitable for the Company. You will be involved with the reviewing, evaluation and delivery of payments as well as developing client relationships.
