A well-established construction cost consultancy in London is looking to appoint a Project Surveyor to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven Quantity Surveyor seeking greater project exposure, strong client interaction, and a clear route for further progression within a collaborative consultancy environment.

The role will involve working across a varied portfolio of residential and commercial projects, supporting clients from pre-contract through to final account. You will be joining a personable and professional team with a strong pipeline of work across London and the South East.

The Role
  • Delivering cost management services across residential and commercial schemes
  • Managing projects through all stages of the project lifecycle
  • Preparing cost plans, tender documentation, valuations, and final accounts
  • Supporting contract administration and procurement processes
  • Attending client meetings and working closely with project stakeholders
  • Assisting senior team members on larger, complex developments
Requirements
  • Ideally MRICS qualified, although strong non-chartered candidates will also be considered
  • 4+ years’ Quantity Surveying experience within a consultancy environment
  • Previous residential and commercial project experience preferred
  • Strong pre and post contract knowledge
