This is an excellent opportunity for a driven Quantity Surveyor seeking greater project exposure, strong client interaction, and a clear route for further progression within a collaborative consultancy environment.
The role will involve working across a varied portfolio of residential and commercial projects, supporting clients from pre-contract through to final account. You will be joining a personable and professional team with a strong pipeline of work across London and the South East.
The Role- Delivering cost management services across residential and commercial schemes
- Managing projects through all stages of the project lifecycle
- Preparing cost plans, tender documentation, valuations, and final accounts
- Supporting contract administration and procurement processes
- Attending client meetings and working closely with project stakeholders
- Assisting senior team members on larger, complex developments
- Ideally MRICS qualified, although strong non-chartered candidates will also be considered
- 4+ years’ Quantity Surveying experience within a consultancy environment
- Previous residential and commercial project experience preferred
- Strong pre and post contract knowledge
- Salary between £50,000 – £60,000 depending on experience
- Hybrid working – 4 days in the office, 1 day from home (Fridays)
