Senior Project Manager – RC Frame & Groundwork Package near Peterborough – Energy from Waste
Salary: £90,000 – £110,000 plus Benefits (PAYE or Self-Employed)
Responsibilities
- Lead on project delivery from programme to budget for RC frames, groundwork, and basement works where applicable.
- Develop and maintain client relationships; plan and execute works for multi-million-pound groundwork and RC frame packages.
- Oversee project execution, coordinating design, procurement, and construction activities to meet project goals.

Established for over 30 years in the specialist field of concrete frames and groundworks. Turnover > £100m per annum. Projects range from £10m to £50m+ on a mix of residential, commercial, educational, and leisure sectors across London, Cambridgeshire, Birmingham, and other UK areas. Known for high repeat business and in-house capability to take projects from design through to completion.
Requirements
- Proven history of working for reinforced concrete frame subcontractors.
- Degree qualified in civil engineering or construction management; 5–10+ years from site engineer to project management.
- Strong experience in concrete frame construction; candidates from main contractor or development backgrounds only will not be considered.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, email, and Asta Power Project for planning/programming.
- Stable career history; experience delivering medium to large RC frames; seeking a long-term role with a top employer.
