We are working with a known RC Frame and Groundwork contractor that continues to grow across London and the Home Counties. The company has a proven track record of delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget. Our client is a leading independent versatile and experienced construction business covering works across the Residential, Commercial and Infrastructure sectors.

About the Opportunity

We have been asked to find specialist RC Frame Project Manager capable of delivering packages ranging in value from £10 million up to £20 million each. Individuals will need to have a strong understanding of concrete frame construction for both Residential & Commercial projects. Usual duties will apply from overall management of the site team, technical management of the programme and works, through to management of the client and surrounding aspects.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall management of the site team on RC Frame and Groundwork projects.
• Technical management of the programme and works.
• Manage relationships with clients and other stakeholders.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of delivering high-quality RC frame projects on time and within budget
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders
• Passion for the construction industry and commitment to innovation and sustainability
• Degree educated in either Construction Management or Engineering
