Our client is a leading UK-based construction company specialising in reinforced concrete frames, groundworks, and piling. Our client has a turnover of over £30 million. Our client's expertise spans a wide range of industrial, commercial and residential projects, from large-scale developments to complex refurbishments. Project values vary from £1m - £5m.
About the Role
We have been asked to find a specialist concrete frame Project Manager capable of delivering packages ranging in value from £1 million up to £10 million each as larger projects are on the horizon. Individuals will need to have a strong understanding of groundworks and concrete frame construction. Usual duties will apply from overall management of the site team, technical management of the programme and works, through to management of the client and surrounding aspects.

- Proven track record of delivering RC frame and Groundwork projects completed on time and within budget
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders
