Project Manager – Groundworks Milton Keynes £80,000 – £85,000 + Package / Benefits (PAYE/ LTD) About the company Our client is a leading UK-based construction company specialising in reinforced concrete structures, groundworks, and enabling works. Our client has a turnover of over £70 million with expertise spanning a wide range of residential, commercial and infrastructure projects, from large-scale developments to complex projects. Project values vary from £1m – £10m. About the Role We have been asked to find specialist Project Manager capable of delivering packages ranging in values from £1 million up to £5 million. Individuals will need to have a strong understanding of groundworks. Usual duties will apply from overall management of the site team, technical management of the programme and works, through to management of the client and surrounding aspects. About the requirements * Proven track record of delivering groundwork projects on time and within budget * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to build strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders * Passion for the construction industry and commitment to innovation and sustainability * Degree educated in either Construction Management or Engineering About the Benefits and Rewards Salary range of £80,000 – £85,000 per annum.
