Our client is a growing UK-based construction company with a turnover of £25 million per annum. Their expertise spans a wide range of commercial and residential projects, from large-scale developments to complex refurbishments across London, Berkshire and the South East. Project values vary from £5m - £10m.
About the Opportunity
Due to continued growth, our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager with specialist knowledge of Design and Build construction to deliver a package of circa £10m. You’ll be responsible for leading the site team, managing programme delivery, ensuring technical compliance, and maintaining strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle. For the right candidate, there is an opportunity to progress to Contracts Manager.
About the Requirements
- Proven experience managing Design and Build projects to successful completion
- Strong technical understanding of Basements and Refurbishment
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to build lasting relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders
- Degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering (preferred)
