Our privately owned client, based in Central London and with regional offices throughout the UK, is a leading name in the enabling works industry, with a group annual turnover in excess of 200M. They undertake technical civil engineering projects throughout the UK with values ranging up to 15M and their group services include demolition, earthworks, infrastructure, multi utilities, remediation and asbestos removal. With a low staff turnover, this specialist contractor, which also operates as principal contractor on the majority of their projects, rarely recruits, and this opportunity has arisen purely due to company expansion.
Due to company expansion, my client is recruiting for an experienced, commercially driven Preconstruction Lead to join their infrastructure side of the business, which currently turns over 35M. Reporting to the Director and based in their Central London office, you will take ownership of the full preconstruction function, leading bids and tenders from initial enquiry through to contract award while acting as a key client-facing representative of the business.
