They are looking to appoint a Pre-Construction Assistant to support their growing pre-construction team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with construction industry experience who is looking to develop their career within pre-construction, tender management and bid coordination. The Role Working closely with the wider pre-construction team, you will provide support throughout the tender and bid process. Responsibilities will include: Supporting the management of tender opportunities. Reviewing and organising tender documentation. Assisting with bid submissions and presentations. Coordinating information between internal teams. Supporting subcontractor and supply chain enquiries. Maintaining tender trackers and project information. Assisting with tender returns and deadlines. Supporting risk and opportunity reviews. Coordinating programmes and pre-construction information. Assisting with client and consultant communication. Preparing reports and presentations. Attending meetings and site visits where required. About You This role would suit someone from a construction, estimating, quantity surveying, site management, project management, bid or construction administration background. You should have: Previous experience within the construction industry. Strong organisational and administration skills. Excellent attention to detail. Good written and verbal communication skills. The ability to manage multiple deadlines. Good IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office. A proactive and positive approach. An interest in developing a career within pre-construction.
