About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Planner to take ownership of planning responsibilities across multiple high-profile RC Frame and Groundwork projects. Working closely with senior leadership, delivery teams, and sub-contractors, you’ll be instrumental in ensuring accurate project timelines, managing tender programmes, and tracking progress across both live sites and pre-construction stages.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage detailed project schedules across multiple phases
- Lead on planning tender programmes and bid proposals
- Coordinate and process planning data from various internal and external sources
- Engage with design, project, and commercial teams to ensure planning accuracy
- Monitor progress and ensure planning standards are applied consistently across projects
About You
- Strong understanding of construction processes from pre-construction to delivery
- Skilled in data coordination, communication, and presenting planning information
- Proficient in ASTA Powerproject and Microsoft Office tools
- Ideally degree-qualified (BSc/MSc) in construction or a related field
- Experience working in RC Frame and Groundworks highly preferred
Salary & Benefits
