An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Manager to join a growing main contractor delivering a major Design & Build construction project in Harrow.

This role would suit a proven Project Manager who enjoys taking ownership of projects from pre-construction through to completion and has experience managing larger-scale construction schemes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the successful delivery of a major Design & Build project.
  • Lead site, commercial and design teams throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Develop and manage project programmes and key milestones.
  • Ensure works are completed safely, on time and within budget.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, consultants and stakeholders.
  • Manage project risks and implement effective solutions.
  • Monitor quality standards and oversee project handover.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and communication.
  • Produce regular progress and performance reports.
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years' construction industry experience.
  • At least 5 years operating as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager.
  • Proven track record delivering projects valued at £10m+.
  • Main contractor experience is essential.
  • Extensive Design & Build experience.
  • Strong understanding of JCT contracts.
  • SMSTS qualification.
  • CSCS Management Card.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
