An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Manager to join a growing main contractor delivering a major Design & Build construction project in Harrow.
This role would suit a proven Project Manager who enjoys taking ownership of projects from pre-construction through to completion and has experience managing larger-scale construction schemes.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the successful delivery of a major Design & Build project.
- Lead site, commercial and design teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop and manage project programmes and key milestones.
- Ensure works are completed safely, on time and within budget.
- Coordinate subcontractors, consultants and stakeholders.
- Manage project risks and implement effective solutions.
- Monitor quality standards and oversee project handover.
- Maintain strong client relationships and communication.
- Produce regular progress and performance reports.
- Minimum 10 years' construction industry experience.
- At least 5 years operating as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager.
