We are currently seeking two experienced Site Managers to join a reputable main contractor on exciting projects based in Oxford.
The Projects:
- Technology Park Development: Managing the construction of the final 6 units within a large-scale technology park.
- Office Building Refurbishment: Overseeing a major refurbishment and fit-out of a high-profile office building.
Both positions offer a solid 12 month duration with the potential for extension. You will be working directly for the main contractor, taking responsibility for day-to-day site management, subcontractor coordination, health & safety compliance, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality work on time and within budget.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager on commercial or industrial projects.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid qualifications (or equivalent).
- Ability to lead site operations and manage subcontractors effectively.
