The Role
As a Maintenance Electrician, you'll carry out electrical maintenance across a portfolio of commercial and hospitality properties.
Typical duties include:
- Planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
- Reactive electrical repairs
- Fault finding and diagnostics
- Testing and inspection works
- Small remedial and installation projects
- Completing service reports and job sheets
- Building strong relationships with clients on site
What you will need:
- NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation
- AM2 Qualification
- Experience carrying out electrical maintenance within commercial environments
- Strong fault-finding skills
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Willingness to participate in a 1 in 13 call-out rota
