I’m currently working with a well-established independent construction consultancy that’s looking to strengthen its London team with an experienced Project Manager specialising in commercial fit-out projects.
This is a great opportunity to join a consultancy with a strong pipeline of CAT A & CAT B office fit-outs, refurbishments and fast-paced workplace projects across Central London, working with blue-chip clients, landlords and occupiers.
The role will involve:
- Managing commercial fit-out projects from pre-contract through to completion
- Acting as client-side Project Manager on office fit-out and refurbishment schemes
- Leading consultant and contractor teams to deliver projects on time and within budget
- Programming, risk management, cost control and stakeholder management
- Working closely with clients to provide clear, professional project leadership

- Proven experience delivering commercial fit-out projects (CAT A / CAT B)
- Background in a consultancy or client-side environment
- Strong knowledge of project delivery, JCT contracts and construction processes
- Confident communicator, comfortable managing clients and project teams
