A "Manager to UHNWI" (Ultra-High-Net-Worth Individual) responsible for overseeing all aspects of an UHNWI's complex personal & domestic life, managing staff, properties, budgets, logistics, and ensuring seamless, discreet, and luxurious operations for the principal and their family. This demanding role requires exceptional organization, confidentiality, leadership, and adaptability to cater to diverse and often global needs, bridging the gap between the family's private world and external services.

Responsibilities

  • Household & Estate Management: Overseeing daily operations, maintenance, security, and readiness of multiple residences, often internationally.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, training, scheduling, and leading teams of domestic staff.
  • Financial Management: Managing household budgets, processing expenses, overseeing payments, and liaising with the family's financial advisors/office.
  • Logistics & Travel: Coordinating complex international travel, event planning, and managing staff and family movements.
  • Liaison & Communication: Acting as the central point of contact between the UHNWI, the family office, and external contractors/suppliers.
  • Discretion & Security: Maintaining absolute confidentiality and ensuring high standards of safety and privacy.
