- Business 2 – Central London Based: Established for over 40 years, this business is a leading name in concrete frames and groundworks, with a turnover of over £150m per annum. They complete packages ranging from £10m to £100m on a mixture of projects throughout London and the UK.
- Business 3 – Essex Based: This privately owned business specialises in reinforced concrete frames and associated groundwork packages, currently turning over around £40 million per annum with plans for targeted growth.

About the Opportunities:
Our clients are looking to strengthen their existing preconstruction teams by adding an experienced Estimator or Senior Estimator. The opportunities will involve duties such as:
- Preparation of tender submissions
- Measuring and take-offs from drawings
- Producing bills-of-quantities
- Cost Planning
- Pre and post Contract meetings with clients
- Build-up of tender price from first principles based on plans, programme, and scope of works
About the Requirements:
Individuals must have previous experience working for an RC / Concrete Frame and Groundwork subcontractor in the UK in an estimating capacity, with knowledge of pricing and producing tenders for Concrete Frame and Groundwork packages in and around the South East and London.
About the Salary / Remuneration:
Target individuals currently earning between £70,000 to £120,000 per annum (self-employed options available). Salaries/rates will be negotiable at the interview, depending on experience. The client offers a package of car allowance, pension, bonuses, and similar benefits.
