I'm currently working with a growing façade contractor who is looking to appoint an Estimator to strengthen their pre-construction team. This is a great opportunity to join a business with a strong pipeline of work, pricing a range of façade and cladding packages across residential and commercial developments. The Role: * Preparing competitive tenders for façade and cladding projects * Reviewing drawings, specifications and tender documentation * Obtaining and analysing subcontractor and supplier quotations * Preparing cost plans and tender submissions * Working closely with the design and commercial teams * Attending pre-contract meetings where required What I'm Looking For: * Previous estimating experience within the façade or cladding sector * Strong understanding of façade systems and construction methods * Excellent commercial awareness * Ability to work to deadlines and manage multiple tenders * Good communication and negotiation skills What's On Offer: * £55,000 - £75,000 salary depending on experience * Hybrid working * Secure pipeline of projects * Excellent career development opportunities If this sounds of interest, feel free to get in touch for more details
