The Role
Our client is looking to appoint an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee the successful delivery of multiple construction projects. This is a key leadership role, responsible for ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing multiple live projects from contract award to completion
- Overseeing site teams, subcontractors, and supply chain partners
- Ensuring compliance with programme, budget, and quality requirements
- Leading health & safety performance across sites
- Liaising with clients, consultants, and internal departments
- Supporting pre-construction planning and buildability input
- Resolving on-site issues efficiently and collaboratively
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Contracts Manager within the construction sector
- Strong background in residential and/or commercial construction
- Excellent leadership and people-management skills
- Strong understanding of construction contracts and programme management
- Ability to build effective relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Full UK driving licence
