The Role

Our client is looking to appoint an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee the successful delivery of multiple construction projects. This is a key leadership role, responsible for ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing multiple live projects from contract award to completion
  • Overseeing site teams, subcontractors, and supply chain partners
  • Ensuring compliance with programme, budget, and quality requirements
  • Leading health & safety performance across sites
  • Liaising with clients, consultants, and internal departments
  • Supporting pre-construction planning and buildability input
  • Resolving on-site issues efficiently and collaboratively

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Contracts Manager within the construction sector
  • Strong background in residential and/or commercial construction
  • Excellent leadership and people-management skills
  • Strong understanding of construction contracts and programme management
  • Ability to build effective relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Full UK driving licence
