As a multifaceted contractor, their core areas of expertise include demolition, dismantling, temporary works, façade retention, structural alterations and substructure packages and current turnover stands in excess of £130M. About the opportunity:

Due to company expansion and healthy order books, our leading enabling works contractor is recruiting permanently for an experienced Lead Project Support to be site-based on 2 projects throughout Central London.

Main duties will include:

  • Scanning and uploading all site paperwork onto internal database (Method Statements, Inductions, Permits, Toolbox Talks, Weekly Packs etc)
  • Filing, printing and laminating documents
  • Inputting waste notes/import tickets onto SMARTWASTE
  • Delivery and invoice matching on company invoicing system
  • Dealing with timesheets – adding operatives onto clock in-out system
  • Assisting site team with helping produce documents
  • Dealing with disconnections on site water/electric/gas
  • Monthly reporting
  • Meeting and greeting clients
  • Maintaining drawings on document control system (Aconex and Asite etc.)

About the Requirements:

To be considered for this opportunity, you must have previous site-based administration experience in the construction industry. Additionally, as the role will involve Document Control, you must be proficient in the use of Aconex and Asite. It is also essential that you have a working knowledge of using Adobe, Excel (reporting) and Microsoft Word packages. Your contractual hours will be 08:00-17:00, and you must hold strong organisational skills along with an eye for detail.

About the Benefits and Rewards:

For this permanent opportunity, we are targeting professionals looking to earn anywhere from £36,000 - £38,000; however, there may be flexibility on this as the specific salary will depend on experience and suitability. Furthermore, travel expenses will be covered in addition to 23 days' holiday (plus bank holidays) and other benefits associated with a large successful company.
