Our client is seeking a proactive and commercially minded HR Advisor to join their busy People team on a 6-month temporary contract. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a well-established business, supporting managers across multiple departments while gaining exposure to a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
The Role
Reporting into the HR Business Partner, you will provide first-line HR support to managers and employees, ensuring a high-quality advisory service across the full employee lifecycle.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing advice and guidance on employee relations matters including absence, disciplinary, grievance and performance management.
- Supporting managers with recruitment, onboarding and probation processes.
- Assisting with organisational changes and restructuring activity where required.
- Advising on HR policies, employment legislation and best practice.
- Supporting employee wellbeing, engagement and retention initiatives.
- Maintaining accurate HR records and producing HR reports.
- Working closely with HR Business Partners and wider business stakeholders.
