Responsibilities:
- Lead, support, and manage the household team, including rotas, training, and performance.
- Maintain exceptional service standards and ensure seamless daily operations.
- Oversee the overall presentation, maintenance, and functionality of the residence.
- Anticipate the Principals' needs with discretion and proactive problem-solving.
- Liaise confidently with contractors, suppliers, and the family office.
- Carry out minor household maintenance tasks when required.
- Uphold confidentiality and a highly professional service ethos at all times.
Requirements:
- Extensive UHNW or VVIP private household experience.
- Proven team management and operational leadership in a large, fully staffed home.
- A hands-on, solutions-focused approach with excellent communication skills.
- At least 5 years of practical maintenance experience within private households or commercial settings.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience working in both private residential and commercial environments.
- Current DBS check or willing to do one.
- Full eligibility to work in the UK.
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday: 9am - 6pm.
