About the Company
Our client is a specialist within reinforced concrete frame and groundworks. They currently have over 10 live projects within London and the home counties. The company has a turnover of £50 million per annum with structured plans for targeted growth and turnover secured for next year.
About the Role
Due to healthy order books and company expansion, there is a need for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to support the commercial department on projects ranging from £5m - £10m. As the Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for assisting with the management of costs with an end goal of maximising the project profit margin and ensuring delivery of payment whilst developing future client relationships.
About the Requirements
- Demonstrable skills developed with a civil engineering or RC frame and groundwork contractor.
- Degree educated within Quantity Surveying.
- 5+ years experience with a Civil or RC Frame and Groundwork contractor.
About the Benefits and Rewards
Salary range of £90,000 to £110,000 per annum.
