Our client is a long established UK-based construction company specialising in reinforced concrete frames, groundworks, and piling. Their expertise spans a wide range of Civil, Commercial and Infrastructure projects, from large-scale bridge projects to more complex projects across London, Midlands and the South East. Project values vary from £5m - £30m.

About the Opportunity

This opportunity would suit a Foreman that has previous experience within Infrastructure & Roads. Roles and responsibilities include:

  • Managing your team on your section of the site
  • Allocating tasks and responsibilities to team members
  • Maintaining team morale and productivity
  • Ensuring all work is carried out to the required standards
  • Implementing and enforcing health and safety regulations

About the Requirements

  • Proven experience managing road projects in the U.K.
  • Strong technical understanding of Highways
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
