Their expertise spans a wide range of Civil, Commercial and Infrastructure projects, from large-scale bridge projects to more complex projects across London, Midlands and the South East. Project values vary from £5m - £30m.
About the Opportunity
This opportunity would suit a Foreman that has previous experience within Infrastructure & Roads. Roles and responsibilities include:
- Managing your team on your section of the site
- Allocating tasks and responsibilities to team members
- Maintaining team morale and productivity
- Ensuring all work is carried out to the required standards
- Implementing and enforcing health and safety regulations
