They have succeeded in growth over the past five years by delivering on expectations and developing their relationships. As an organisation they stand for excellence in every way from health & safety through to appearance on site.
Clients are feeding back positively on them, and so are suppliers. They have made health profit year on year, even while others have struggled with the wider economic issues over the past couple of years. They really are one of the very best businesses in their field.\\n\\nOn a personal note, having met the owners, and all the senior directors of the business, I would not hesitate to recommend this business.
They are standing out for all the right reasons, securing and delivering on some of the best projects in the UK, and they are still growing. If you want to work for a business that rewards their staff while also offering them the best circumstances to work in, this business would be perfect for you.\\n\\nAbout the Requirements:\\n\\nTo qualify for either role, applicants need to have worked for a rival Demolition, Groundwork, or RC Frame subcontractors in the UK in a similar or in this exact role before. Basic qualifications such as NEBOSH will be required and due to the working area, individuals will need to be based in or around London or Norfolk.\\n\\nAs our client is looking for long term / permanent employees, they also look for longevity of employment in applicant’s CV’s, so please be aware it will be a disadvantage if you can’t show stable periods of over a couple of years with each employer.\\n\\nAbout the Rewards / Salary:\\n\\nFor these positions we are targeting individuals looking to earn anywhere from £50,000 to £70,000 per annum.\\n\\nSpecific salary will be negotiated on a case by case basis with experience and suitability taken into account.
Furthermore, there will be a generous package offered; travel allowance OR company vehicle in addition to company benefits.\\n\\nThis role is open to self employed or PAYE payment methods.\\n\\nHow to Apply:\\n\\nI am more than happy to discuss these opportunities with people over the phone or face to face in a fully confidential manner. As I say, this is an incestuous sector and I fully understand the importance of keeping things discrete.\\n\\nAlternatively, it would be ideal to see a copy of your CV to understand your previous experience and employment. In line with GDPR, nothing will be done with your CV/details until we have discussed the role in detail anyway, but having gained an understanding of your formal past, this may help when we come to talk and discuss the options.\\n\\nEither way, my contact details are listed below:\\n\\nEmail: Andrew @ cityscape ltd .
com\\n\\nAbout Me (so you know who you are working with):\\n\\nMy name is Andrew Jackson and I am one of the founding directors of Cityscape Recruitment Ltd. I have over 20 years of experience in civil engineering & construction recruitment, during which time, I have specialised in the niche sectors of concrete frames, groundworks, basement construction and demolition.\\n\\nSo, what does that mean for you? It means, I work with the vast majority of the contractors in these fields across the UK and I can help not only introduce you, but I can give you up to date information on each of them, helping you make an informed decision so you can take your career forward.\\n\\nI’ve been doing this for a while now and I’ve maintained a positive reputation doing what I do because I tell people everything I know and then let them choose.
My job is simply to get you the options, give you the information and then let you decide what feels right for you
