ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a superb, diverse, and exciting opportunity for a Health and Safety Advisor to join a growing contractor working on roads, highways infrastructure, S278 works, and civil engineering projects. The projects typically range in value from £1M to £30M, with most around £5M/£6M. The works involved include drainage, groundworks, earthworks, concrete works, and piling.

This role is based out of the office in Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire, but requires travel to sites between Huntingdon and Doncaster. Candidates should ideally reside in or near Huntingdon.

REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 3 years of experience in Construction or Civil Engineering as a Health & Safety Advisor or Manager (highways experience preferred but not essential).
  • NEBOSH in Construction is essential.
  • Ideally, an IOSH qualification.
