As a multifaceted contractor, their core areas of expertise include demolition and dismantling, temporary works, façade retention, structural alterations and substructure packages and current turnover stands in excess of £65M.
About the opportunityDue to the ongoing expansion of the company and winning of new projects, our client is recruiting permanently for a knowledgeable Health and Safety Advisor with experience of working within the demolition or general enabling works sector.
Reporting to the Health and Safety Manager, as a Health and Safety Advisor, you will be responsible for the day-to-day health and safety duties, which will include implementing the companies' health and safety policies, preparing method statements, risk assessments and construction phase plans and undertaking site inspections throughout Central London.

About the salary/rewardsFor this permanent opportunity, my client is targeting construction professionals who are looking to earn anywhere from £40,000 to £50,000 per annum; however, the specific salary will be defined upon experience and suitability. Furthermore, there will be a generous package offered (business expenses covered) in addition to the standard benefits associated with a large successful construction company (pension, health care, laptop, phone etc.).
About the requirementsTo be considered for this opportunity, you must hold a NEBOSH in Construction and have proven experience of working specifically within the enabling works sector whilst in the UK. Additionally, as this is a permanent opportunity, you must be able to demonstrate longevity in the workplace, holding each previous appointment for a minimum of 2 years and have proven experience of working on technical engineering sites throughout Central London.
