Job Description
We are looking for handymen, general property maintenance and general builders.\\n\\n * Carry out a range of repairs and maintenance including carpentry, plumbing, tiling, plastering, and decorating\\n\\n * Diagnose issues and complete remedial works to a high standard\\n\\n * Undertake planned and reactive maintenance across multiple sites\\n\\n * Ensure all tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and within deadlines\\n\\n * Provide excellent customer service and maintain professional standards at all times\\n\\n * Travel between jobs\\n\\n * Proven experience in property maintenance, repairs, or a handyman role\\n\\n * Skilled across multiple trades (carpentry, plumbing, plastering, painting & decorating, etc.)\\n\\n * Full UK driving licence (essential)\\n\\n * 8am to 5pm\\n\\n * own van\\n\\nOur jobs tend to be across multiple sites in London which do require travel to and from, the main areas we work in are SE, SW, NW, N and W. We are looking for someone to start ideally in the next couple of weeks
