You will also attend meetings and design/project teams as required. You will develop furniture specifications with design team for each project. You will make pricing schedules for all projects. Undertake showroom visits with clients/designers and transact all furniture orders and acknowledgements. You will arrange logistics and coordinate all furniture deliveries. You will attend larger installation projects to oversee completion. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of quality control, while resolving any issues that arise and ensuring complete client satisfaction with our products and services. You will also update purchasing systems and continue to develop our supply chain. REQUIREMENTS The successful furniture procurement specialist will have at least 5 yearsβ experience in a similar role. Highly competent with Microsoft Office. You will have good financial acumen and experience with sage would be an advantage. You will have excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Lastly, you will be a flexible team player that is willing, adaptable and works with speed and efficiency.
