The Role

  • Overseeing all finishing and final fit-out works across a luxury 5* hotel project
  • Managing high-end trades, subcontractors and specialist packages
  • Ensuring exceptional quality standards and attention to detail throughout
  • Working closely with site management and design teams to deliver a premium finish
  • Coordinating programme deadlines and snag-free handovers
  • Maintaining health & safety and site standards at all times

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Finishing Manager on high-spec or luxury projects
  • Strong carpentry background
  • Experience working with rare, bespoke or premium materials
  • Excellent eye for detail and quality control
  • Strong track record delivering high-end finishes
  • Must be serious about relocating for the duration of the project
  • Available to start in October
