I am working with a highly respected specialist restoration contractor that has built an outstanding reputation delivering complex façade restoration and refurbishment projects across some of London’s most iconic and historically significant buildings. With a growing portfolio of:
- Grade I façade restoration
- Heritage refurbishment
- Masonry and roofing works
- Specialist cleaning and conservation
- Consultancy and surveys
The Role
You will be involved across both estimating and commercial functions, working closely with the production and operational teams. Responsibilities include:
- Preparing detailed cost estimates and tender submissions
- Undertaking site visits and project assessments
- Managing subcontract enquiries and comparisons
- Pricing variations, valuations and final accounts
- Supporting contract negotiations and dispute resolution
- Assisting with EOT claims and commercial reporting
