About the Role As a Joinery Estimator, you will play a crucial role in the pre-construction phase, ensuring accurate pricing and budgeting for projects. You will: * Review tender documents, drawings, and specifications to understand project requirements. * Prepare detailed cost estimates, including materials, labor, and subcontractor pricing. * Collaborate with clients, architects, suppliers, and the project team to achieve the best outcomes. * Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to secure competitive pricing. * Provide accurate financial updates and reports to ensure project profitability. Requirements * Proven experience as an Estimator in the joinery or fit-out industry. * Strong knowledge of joinery processes, materials, and techniques. * Excellent communication and negotiation skills. * Proficient in estimation software and Microsoft Excel. * Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills. * Ability to manage multiple tenders and work to deadlines effectively.
