Estimator – Groundworks & Civils\\n\\nBirmingham\\n\\n£60,000 – £80,000 (NEG) + Package / Benefits\\n\\nLTD or PAYE\\n\\nAbout the company\\nOur client is a leading concrete frame contractor in the United Kingdom. The company has a proven track record of delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget. Our client is a leading independent versatile and experienced construction business, providing specialist solutions for Groundworks and Civils across the UK.\\n\\nAbout the Role\\n\\nAs the Estimator, you will play a crucial role in the pre-construction phase of building projects.
Your primary responsibility is to accurately estimate the cost of Civil & Groundwork packages. Usual duties will apply to this estimators position, this is a key position for an estimator ready to influence business growth and help secure profitable contracts within the residential sector.\\n\\nAbout the requirements\\n\\n * Minimum of 5 years’ experience with a Groundwork / RC Frame sub-contractor\\n\\n * Strong communication skills with the ability to manage multiple projects\\n\\n * Ability to utilise IT equipment effectively and adapt to new Software technologies\\n\\n * Working knowledge of various forms of contract\\n\\n * 3rd level qualification in Quantity Surveying or related field\\n\\nAbout the Benefits and Rewards\\n\\nSalary range of £60,000 – £80,000 per annum.\\n\\nPackage includes:\\n\\n * Bonus scheme\\n\\n * Pension\\n\\n * Laptop\\n\\n * Phone etc.\\n\\nPlease apply online or contact Bradley at Cityscape Recruitment for more information
