A leading international construction and specialist fit-out contractor is seeking an experienced Estimator to join its UK team. Operating across complex, high-value commercial and infrastructure projects, the business is part of a well-established European construction group with a strong reputation for quality, innovation, and long-term stability. The Role
You will play a key role in the successful pricing and delivery of major projects, working closely with pre-construction, commercial, and delivery teams. The position offers exposure to technically challenging, design-led projects in both new build and refurbishment environments.
- Preparing detailed cost estimates and tender submissions for complex construction and interior fit-out projects
- Analysing drawings, specifications, and contractual requirements
- Managing take-offs, pricing, value engineering, and risk allowances
- Liaising with supply chain partners to obtain competitive quotations
- Supporting bid strategy, tender clarifications, and post-tender negotiations
- Working collaboratively with design, BIM, and project teams throughout pre-construction
About You
- Proven experience as an Estimator within construction, specialist fit-out, or building services
- Strong understanding of commercial contracts and procurement strategies
- Comfortable working on high-value, fast-paced projects
- Detail-focused with strong analytical and communication skills
- Experience with BIM-led or digitally driven estimating processes is advantageous
