ABOUT THE COMPANY I’m currently working with an established fit-out and refurbishment contractor based near Windsor. With a healthy order book, and plans for growth, my client is looking for an Estimator or Senior Estimator to join their pre-construction team. With over 15 years of experience, my client specialises in creating modern workplaces, laboratory fit-out, and high-end residential projects. ABOUT THE ROLE As Estimator, you will be tendering on projects £10m upwards. You will report directly to the pre-construction manager. The role will be based full-time in the office with occasional work flexibility if required. REQUIREMENTS * You have previous experience working in the fit-out and refurbishment sector. * You have experience pricing projects from £10m + * Over 10 years’ experience as an Estimator. REWARDS AND BENEFITS My client is offering a salary of £80,000 – £100,000 depending on experience. Alongside this, you will be given a travel allowance of £5,000. My client is prepared to negotiate on additional perks and rewards for the right candidate. This can be discussed at the interview stage
