About the Role
As an Intermediate Estimator, you’ll support the preparation of accurate and competitive tenders across a wide variety of projects—from high-spec residential new builds to heritage façade restorations. Key Responsibilities
- Analyse drawings, specifications, and tender documentation to prepare cost estimates
- Assist with take-offs, pricing, and compiling bid submissions

- Support senior estimators and the wider pre-construction team in delivering timely, accurate tender returns
