About the Opportunity

Our client is seeking an accomplished Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of a major 12-month scheme in Southampton. The project combines major refurbishment, multi‑rise residential fit out, multi‑rise demolition and remediation, and full residential refurbishment. This position is ideal for a leader with a track record of managing complex, multi‑stage residential or high‑rise schemes and driving successful project outcomes.

Our client is a specialist principal contractor and designer known for delivering high‑quality external wall and façade packages across the UK. Their core capabilities include:

  • SFS (Steel Framing Systems)
  • Rainscreen cladding
  • Curtain walling
  • Bespoke architectural metalwork
  • Rendering and external envelope packages

With more than 15 years of sector expertise, they are a trusted delivery partner for major recladding, building safety, and façade refurbishment programmes, particularly for tier‑one housing associations.
