Role: Senior Contracts Manager with proven experience in residential groundwork subcontracting.
Responsibilities:- Oversee multiple live sites for residential groundwork subcontracting (foundations and externals for residential plots).
- Plan and contribute to preconstruction phases for new sites.
- Support on-site management, maintain project programmes, and manage costs.
- Uphold and potentially improve quality, safety, and professionalism standards.
- Travel to sites within Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire, and surrounding areas as required.
- Maintain client-facing communications to reflect the company’s standards.
- Experience working for groundwork subcontractors for the majority of your career.
- A stable career history with progression to Contracts Management.
- Based in or around the Northern Home Counties, with daily commute feasible.
The client offers a market-leading salary and package: £110,000 - £130,000 plus benefits including a company car or car allowance, pension, health care, and bonuses. Further career progression opportunities exist, including potential advancement to Construction Director roles.
